2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). We prioritize durable materials (steel, high-density rubber, non-slip surfaces), weight-rated products, and designs tested for stability and safety. All items come with clear weight limits, usage instructions, and are built to handle regular, intense training.

7. How do I care for my Edekor sport equipment? Most items: Wipe clean with mild soap and water (avoid harsh chemicals). Resistance bands: Store away from direct sunlight/heat. Mats: Roll up when not in use. Dumbbells/kettlebells: Keep dry to prevent rust. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
